Regarding the suicide attack carried out in Islamabad, in which dozens of people were killed and injured, the latest information indicates that the said attack was planned and executed by a specific circle within the Pakistani intelligence service for the following objectives:
- Pakistani intelligence wants to portray Pakistan as a victim of terrorism by carrying out such attacks and to conceal from the region and the world those realities that pose a threat to the entire region.
- A few days ago, two important ISIS hideouts in the Qambar Khel area of Khyber district in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were attacked by unknown individuals, in which 11 ISIS members were killed. The Pakistani government wants to divert the attention of the people and the world from that incident.
- To divert public attention from its recent failures against the BLA (Baloch Liberation Army) in Balochistan and to conceal those failures.
- To divert attention from the deep relations and cooperation between Pakistani intelligence and ISIS, and to obtain funds under the pretext of a fake fight against ISIS.
The recent ISIS attack in Islamabad once again proved that ISIS militants have centers near military camps in important urban areas, and it is impossible that Pakistani intelligence would be unaware of this.
In order to conceal its exposed relations with ISIS, Pakistani intelligence planned and carried out this attack.
It should be noted that Pakistani intelligence has carried out many such attacks, even against its own people, in order to get funding and place the blame on those it labels as enemies.
