
During November, the Ministry of National Defense of the Islamic Emirate recorded significant progress in military training, technical capability, operational readiness, and national defense preparedness. The following report outlines the major developments achieved across various corps, divisions, and specialized units. 1. Military Training and Graduations Extensive training programs were successfully completed across multiple army corps and specialist schools, strengthening the professional capacity of armed forces nationwide. 1.1 Combat and Specialist Training Graduations 114 personnel graduated from the Hazrat Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud (RA) Joint Combat Training Command after completing four months of training in SPG-9 mortar, land reconnaissance, M2 machine gun operations, the M24 sniper course, and artillery officer training. Hundreds of soldiers completed the 6th round of basic commando training under the Special Commando Forces Directorate. 152 personnel graduated from air-defense and armored-tank professional training programs across the regional army corps. 561 personnel completed advanced combat education at the Abdullah ibn Mas‘ud Joint Training Command. 1.2 Corps-Level Graduations 207 Al-Farooq Army Corps: 700 personnel graduated 215 Azm Army Corps: Hundreds of personnel graduated 201 Khalid bin Walid Army Corps: 730 personnel graduated 203 Mansouri Army Corps: 400 personnel graduated 217 Omari Army Corps: 450 personnel graduated 219 The Third Omar Division: 200 personnel graduated 221 Martyr Afthab Division: 250 personnel graduated 209 Al-Fath Army Corps: 459 personnel graduated 1.3 Specialized Air-Defense and Artillery Training 30 personnel graduated from the General Staff Artillery Directorate’s ZU-23 dual-barrel air-defense system training. In the 205 Al-Badr Army Corps, five air-defense systems were successfully repaired and made operational. 2. Technical and Logistical Achievements 2.1 Repairs and Maintenance Engineers of the 217 Omari Army Corps completed the repair and restoration of 1,127 military vehicles and 125 weapons within the last six months, significantly improving fleet readiness. 2.2 Humanitarian and Emergency Support Medical and technical teams of the 209 Al-Fath Army Corps delivered emergency assistance to earthquake-affected populations in the northern region. 3. Operational and Security Developments A BM-21 rocket launcher depot was discovered and seized in the Khak-e-Jabar district of Kabul province, strengthening counter-threat and security efforts. 4. Large-Scale Military Exercises The Special Defense Forces conducted comprehensive national-level exercises, which included: Air Force drills Ground operations across plains, mountainous terrain, forested areas, and desert environments. These exercises enhanced operational readiness, adaptability, and the capability to respond to diverse battlefield conditions. 5. Force Preparedness and National Defense Outlook The newly graduated commando units and corps-level forces equipped with ideological, intellectual, and advanced military training have been prepared for: Protection of Afghanistan’s territorial integrity Defense of national borders Immediate response to any external threat or aggression The ministry emphasizes that any hostile actor with malicious intent toward Afghanistan will face strong and decisive resistance from these units, God willing.
